Article 1 (Application)

These terms define the conditions of use for TumbTube (hereinafter referred to as 'the Service'). Users (hereinafter referred to as 'Users') shall use the Service in accordance with these terms.

Article 2 (Registration)

The Service can be used without registration.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the server or network functions of the Service
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service
• Acts of collecting or storing personal information about other users
• Acts of impersonating other users
• Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to anti-social forces in connection with the Service
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Service

Article 4 (Suspension of Service)

The Service may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if any of the following circumstances are deemed to exist:

• When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates of the computer system related to the Service
• When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
• When computers or communication lines are stopped due to accidents
• When the Service determines that it is difficult to provide the Service for other reasons

Article 5 (Copyright)

The copyright of YouTube video thumbnails and related information displayed on the Service belongs to the respective content creators. The Service displays this information using the YouTube API.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Service assumes no responsibility for transactions, communications, or disputes that occur between users and other users or third parties in connection with the Service.

Article 7 (Changes to Service Content)

The Service may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notifying users, and shall not be liable for any damages caused to users as a result.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms of Service)

The Service may change these terms at any time without notifying users if deemed necessary.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Service's head office.
